Hardware and Software Upgrades
Our interfaces and software are Art-Net compatible and can send some DMX universes in Art-Net format to a local network.
In order to offer a complete Art-Net communication to our products in addition to DMX communication. We propose several upgrade offers that add Art-Net universes to our software or DMX devices. Art-Net signal will be sent through the computer Network card or the Chromateq’s interface Ethernet port when it is available.
Upgrades can be done on site directly and easily purchase by email. The complete interface serial number and DeviceTool APP are required to perform an upgrade.
The table below is for pricing and all the available Chromateq upgrade options, then it is possible to order the one needed.

Upgrades can be done on site directly and purchase by email.
Interface serial number, customer email and upgrade reference are required to send the upgrade file to the customer.
512CH and U2U Upgrades are cumulative and give the total number of universes or DMX channels.
DEVICETOOL is required to upgrade products with the upgrade file. The DEVICETOOL is in the software directory.
When purchased, Upgrade file can be send in 24 to 48h time week time. Time to issue the invoice and release the file.

License Keys for computers
Licenses Key files are use to unlock the Chromateq’s softwares without any hardware / device / interface are connected to the computer.
All License Key are install permanently on a single computer only with a warranty of 3 years. To be generated, license Key files require the computer configuration file given by the Chromateq software.
