You can propose us a schedule for the training via teamviewer, Zoom or other Chat or online conference and Visio service and APP/API.

Conditions:
Trainings or consulting are about Lighting Control via Chromateq solutions only.
20-30 minutes Free for all user with a product purchased under the last 6 months (excluding CLUB 128 and CLUB 512). The free training is offered for help getting started with Chromateq products and software only.
Otherwise training cost for project technical assistance or advanced training course or consulting is 80€ for 30 minutes (short training and technical answers) or 150€ for about 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
Training course is in English or French and during France office time.
Chromateq have to approve the schedule before proceed.
You can book several training if you need more than 90 minutes.
Training can be share with other people.
Full Payment is requested before final confirmation.
Price is excluding VAT.

Before request a Return Merchandise Agreement :

1. Download our Technical Support Questions List (TSQL) to see if you can solve the problem quickly on site. QUESTIONS LIST (.pdf)

2. Double check that your device is not in bootloader after a wrong use and a not completed update firmware process. FIRMWARE RECOVERY (.pdf)

3. Download and complete the Return Merchandise Agreement form, fill it and upload it. RMA FORM (.pdf)

4. You have to wait for our technical services reply and confirmation before send your hardware to one of our office (France or China).

Delivery to one of our offices is from the customer cost. Delivery to customer after repair is under Chromateq cost.
Out-of-warranty devices are subject to 50€ of repair charges, excluding VAT.
