Consultings and Online Trainings

For all customers and users requiring a complete comprehensive training on Chromateq products and software or technical support and advices on their lighting projects.

We offer 20 minutes of Free of charge  Training for all user with a product purchased under the last 6 months (excluding CLUB 128 and CLUB 512). Otherwise we propose 30 and 90 minutes of online technical courses or lighting projects consulting for a low fee at 80€ and 150€, to expand your technical knowledge about DMX, all our software and DMX hardware.

Through our online form, you can propose an appointment. Training can be  done online via a commun Chat tool. (teamviewer, Zoom, teams, Anydesk, etc…).

Training and consulting conditions:

• Topic is about Lighting Control via Chromateq solutions only and lighting installation and projects using our control systems.
• The free training is offered for help getting started with Chromateq products and software only.
• Training course is in English or French and during France office time.
• Chromateq have to approve the schedule before proceed.
• Can schedule several trainings if more than 90 minutes is needed.
• Training can be share with other people.
• Full Payment is requested before final confirmation.
